You can cancel your membership from the ""Cancellation Request"" section on the SEIBU Smile ID My Page.
Please note that deleting your SEIBU Smile ID will also cancel any linked SEIBU PRINCE CLUB membership and invalidate all SEIBU Smile POINTS you hold. Proceed only after acknowledging this.

If you hold a SEIBU PRINCE CLUB membership card with credit function, you can withdraw your SEIBU Smile ID only after canceling the credit service. First, please complete the procedure yourself at the Saison Information Center — SEIBU PRINCE CLUB Saison Desk.
If you re-register the same email address for a SEIBU Smile ID after withdrawing, please wait one week before doing so.
